- BoxTone Help Desk - Primarily for your front line Help Desk/Service desk, this session starts with a foundational review of BlackBerry basics before moving on to all the special features of this console including its deep user-level view of a caller’s smartphone; administrative tools; and proprietary knowledge-base with intelligent answers. When complete, attendees will know how to fix or escalate a user call in less than 3 minutes correctly, the first time.
